How can I place an order?
It's easy!  Get started today.  You can begin the order process Online (fill out the Quote Form), by Phone (205.265.3346 or 256.620.1788), or in Person at the GoTees Office (224 Highway 195 - Suite A - Jasper, AL 35503).

How long will my order take?
Turn around time is typically two weeks or less from the time shirts are ordered till you will receive them.  Please let us know if you have a specific deadline.  Rush orders are possible for an additional cost.

Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum order on screen printing is 12 shirts per deign.

Do you charge fees?
We do not charge set up fees.  We typically do not charge art fees for screen printing.  This depends on the complexity of the design.  Avoid art fees by taking advantage of our Free Online Design Studio.

Can you provide samples of my printed shirt?
Typically no.  We have a minimum number set due to the time it takes to set up equipment to print.  However, if it is absolutely necessary, please contact GoTees to discuss.  Digital proofs will be provided for your order and nothing will be printed until you have approved art.

What is the cost of shirts?  How do you determine the cost?
Cost varies on orders.  Several variables are necessary for accurately calculating your quote.  Costs are based on: Number of Shirts; Shirt Style and Type; Number of Locations to be Printed; and Number of Colors per Location.  Fill out our Online Quote form or call Shawn (256.620.1788) to receive the latest price sheets via text or e-mail.

What kind of art do you accept?
Vector art is necessary to provide a quality print.  Files created in Corel Draw (.CDR or .EPS) or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) would be acceptable.  In most cases, .PDF files are acceptable.  Art provided in the Design Studio is "print-ready" vector art.  Can't find what you are looking for?  GoTees also has an account with VectorStock.com.  Most art found there would be acceptable and at no additional cost to you.  A popular vector site for sports mascots is RivalArt.com.  Most art found there would be acceptable.  However, art fees would be required to purchase this art.  Rastor images (.JPG, .BMP, or .PNG) and any web image files typically can NOT be used for screen printing due to the low quality (pixelation).  Need help with fonts?  Go to www.dafont.com for a great selection of free fonts.  Feel free to contact GoTees for artwork assistance.

Can I save a design (Design Studio) and come back later?
Yes.  You will need to create an account in the Design Studio.  Once an account is created, all of your art can be saved and accessible at any time.

How do I submit my art?
There are a couple of ways that will be most common.  The easiest is submitting your Design Studio art.  Just save and share with us (goteesprinting@yahoo.com).  In the Online Quote Form there are options for uploading your art.  See question above for acceptable art files.

What kind of garments can I print on?
T-Shirts are the most common garments printed on by GoTees.  However, GoTees can print on any type shirt (sweatshirt, hoodie, etc).  Feel free to contact GoTees with questions about printing on items not listed.

What brands are available?
GoTees prints on all of the top brands - Gildan, Comfort Color, NextLevel, Tultex, and more!  GoTees orders products from several distribution companies: TSF Sportswear (www.tsfsportswear.com) being the most used.  Feel free to browse their site for more brand details.  Contact GoTees with specific questions on brands.

Can I provide my own garments?
As a general rule, please do NOT.  GoTees can purchase the highest quality products and print on them cheaper than if you provide your own garments.  If this is absolutely necessary, contact GoTees.

Do you provide Embroidery services?
Yes.  GoTees can meet all of your embroidery needs.  We specialize in baseball caps!  Call the GoTees office (205.265.3346) today to discuss your embroidery needs.

Will I need to pay for my items before you start production?
In most cases, at least half payment is required prior to placing your order.  Special cases (primarily schools) are typically exempt from this rule due to accounting practices.  Existing, regular customers may also receive exceptions. 

How do I pay for my order?
GoTees primarily uses Square (www.squareup.com) to process payments.  You will receive an e-mail containing your invoice that can be paid immediately via credit card or printed and mailed in with a business check.

What is your return policy?
We accept NO returns on custom printed products.  If you cancel your order after product has been ordered, you will be subject to any applicable fees including restocking fees, return fees, and shipping fees.

Do you deliver?
Typically not.  You can pick up your order at the GoTees Office.  Orders are typically shipped via UPS and will acquire shipping cost to your order.


T-SHIRT FUNDRAISING QUESTIONS

Who can start a fundraising campaign?
Anyone.  You can choose to raise money for a non-profit organization, an individual (yourself, friend or family member), or a group / team that is based in the U.S.

What can I raise money for?
A T-Shirt Fundraising Campaign is great for nearly any cause or project from paying for a mission trip, to supporting a registered non-profit, raising money for your school, for a project, for a friend and so much more.  GoTees is Christian owned and operated.  Therefore we prohibit campaigns that go against values expressed in Scripture.  GoTees also prohibits campaigns for highly offensive, discriminatory or illegal purposes.

How do I launch a campaign?
Every campaigns starts with a design.  Submit a desitn or use GoTees Design Studio to get started today.  Once your design has been completed and approved, you will be contacted by GoTees.  GoTees will work with you to create a budget and timeline for your campaign.

How do I promote a campaign?
The GoTees T-Shirt Fundraiser is easy to promote through social media and e-mail.  Digital files are provided that are easy to promote online.  Get all of your friends to promote it as well.

I have my own art.  What file types can I use?

Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely.  Just contact GoTees.  We would be happy assist you and/or answer any questions concerning your design.

How long can a campaign run?
Campaigns can run for any amount of time, but typically last for 7-31 days.  Delaying the completion of a campaign too long can hurt your response.  In order to meet a specified deadline, please allow 2 weeks from the end of your campaign to delivery of products.

Who is responsible for shipping products?
Whoever launches the campaign (individual, group, etc.) is responsible for distributing the finished product.  GoTees will ship you the entire order.  You are responsible to get it to those who have placed orders.  

Are there taxes?  Who pays those taxes?
Sales taxes apply for Fundraisers living in the state of Alabama (schools, non-profits, etc. are exempt).  Fundraising campaigns directly benefiting an individual will be subject to taxes via W-9 (to the individual receiving funds) on funds exceeding $600 per tax laws.  Individuals raising funds for a Hope Missions Trip - Profits will be applied directly to your account (no W-9 necessary).

What happens if I don't reach my goal?
GoTees has a very low minimum (at least 12) to process an order.  We are confident that any T-Shirt Fundraising campaign that is consistently promoted will meet these minimum requirements.  However, in the unlikely event that the fundraiser must be canceled due to lack of participation, those who make purchases will be refunded.
