Since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast in August 2005, thousands of volunteers have flocked to the city of New Orleans. The recovery process has been slow, but steady. It will be many years before the city and its residents make a full recovery. Hope Missions began with mission projects in New Orleans. Since 2007, Hope Missions has mobilized hundreds of participants to help with the recovery efforts in New Orleans.  Many residences and churches in New Orleans have benefited from the work from these projects. Our host church for the New Orleans Mission Trip will be Oak Park Baptist Church (www.oakparkbc.com) on the West Bank of New Orleans.  Participants will conduct Ministry and Construction projects throughout the city as a platform to share the Gospel!  There are 5 opportunities to serve New Orleans in 2017.  See the dates below:

March 12-18, 2017 - COLLEGE TRIP ONLY
March 20-24, 2017

2017 SUMMER TRIPS
June 11-17, 2017
July 2-8, 2017 (Free day will be July 4th!!!)
July 10-14, 2017

Participants (not accompanied by a parent) should have finished the 6th grade at time of trip*.  The cost is $199 per person (5-Day trips) and $229 per person (7-Day trips).  A $50 per person deposit is due no later than January 1, 2017 (October 1, 2016 for Spring Trips) to reserve your spots.  Cost includes: programming, meals, lodging, mission supplies, t-shirt, and water bottle.  Download the National Missions Manual (CLICK HERE) for details on preparing for this trip.  Register today to secure your spot - CLICK HERE.  See pictures from previous trips on our Facebook page.
