IMPORTANT NOTE: It's very important that you download the National or International Missions Manual once you register for your trip.  These manuals include very important information that will help you prepare for your upcoming trip.  Also, make sure you follow the suggested payment schedules laid out for each trip.  Contact Hope Missions if you need to make special arrangements for payments.

  • STEP 2 - MISSION TRIP SELECTION
  • Checks should be made payable to HOPE MISSIONS and mailed to P.O. BOX 555 - JASPER, AL 35502. Debit/Credit card payments must include a 3% processing fee. Invoices will be issued upon completion of Online Registration.
  • STEP 3 - GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Please list all trips you and/or your church has participated in over the past 5 years.
  • List any participating adults (National Trips Only) who can serve as Team Leaders. Any potential leaders must fill out the Online Team Leader Application. Team Leaders are for National Trips Only.
  • Please list all transportation that you will be using for your upcoming National Mission Trip. List the driver(s) per vehicle and number of passengers per vehicle. All transportation will be utilized throughout the project week for National Mission Trips
